Resubmision of building plans for Liv Lanseria
Hope Rebuilt: Urban Africa Developments Brings Security to El Roi Baby Home. In a heartwarming display of community spirit, Urban Africa Developments has successfully completed a three-year project to resubmit building plans for the Liv Lanseria orphanage, also known as El Roi Baby Home. Located on the Liv Lanseria Farm, this Non-Profit Company has been a beacon of hope for orphaned children, and now, thanks to Urban Africa Developments’ pro bono efforts, the home has secured long-awaited approval for its building plans. From 2022 to 2025, the Urban Africa Developments team diligently worked behind the scenes, meticulously remeasuring the existing building, redrawing plans, and navigating the complex process of municipal submissions. Their dedication culminated in the renewal of consent and approval of the site development plan, bringing a sense of security and legitimacy to the orphanage.
For the leadership of Liv Lanseria, this achievement is more than just a bureaucratic success – it’s a testament to the power of collaboration and goodwill. Urban Africa Developments’ selfless efforts have given the El Roi Baby Home a renewed sense of purpose, allowing them to continue providing a safe haven for the children in their care.
